Do you offer international shipping ?

Yes, we offer shipping internationally to the following countries: Mexico, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, S. Korea. Feel free to contact us if you are not within one of these countries, and you are interested in purchasing items on our site. We are able to make exceptions for individuals in certain circumstances.

 

What method of payment you accept ?

We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, & Discover) as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and PayPal Express.

 

What will be processing time ?

All orders will be shipped out after our normal processing times (3-5 business days handling time for jewelry and 5-7 business days handling time for watches). In order to ensure a secure transaction, some card payments may be subject to further verification. In case additional verification is needed on your order, our team will reach out to you within 1-2 business days requesting a copy of your photo ID and the card used to place the order. This process takes 24-48 hours from when the documents are provided and exclusive from handling/processing time.
